Job description
- Drive business growth by identifying prospects, pitching custom website development and social media management packages, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients looking for website development, redesigns, social media management, and digital marketing services through cold outreach, networking, and direct follow-ups.
- Consultative Pitching: Understand client business needs, conduct basic digital presence audits, and present custom-fit website or social media marketing proposals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all leads, calls, meetings, proposals, and deals in the CRM system.
- Proposal & Closing: Coordinate with the technical/design team to scope project requirements, draft clear service proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize client contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact during the sales onboarding phase and maintain positive relationships to drive future account growth.

Requirements:
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in sales,



business development, or telesales (prior exposure to selling digital agency services, website projects, or social media management is a major advantage).
- Passionate about learning & growing: Motivated to learn modern web technologies, social media strategies, and digital client engagement methodologies.
- Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress, CMS, E-commerce) and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads).
- Robust verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, client-centric personality
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset, resilience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
