Job Description
- Visit customers at their locations for loan/EMI collection and recovery activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
- Collect payments as per assigned accounts and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries and repayment-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager regarding account status.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow all company policies and applicable collection guidelines.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections/recovery.
- DRA Certification: Required.
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to undertake field visits.
