Job description :

812 years in capital markets, fintech, or financial services with 3 -4 years in DLT/blockchain environments
Solid understanding of securities asset lifecycle, tokenization, or digital asset product orchestration
Working knowledge of DLT concepts (smart contracts, nodes, APIs, consensus mechanisms)
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Product and Business experience with major DLT platforms like Public & Hybrid Blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, Ripple XRP ledger)
Understand token economics and drive business adoption model with stake holders
