We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, introducing our logistics services, and maintaining regular follow-ups to build strong business relationships and generate potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote our logistics services.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable services effectively.
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide the required information.
- Follow up with leads until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements:
