As part of our next phase of expansion, we are strengthening our B2B sales and lead-generation capabilities to systematically identify and develop recent customers in India, the USA, Europe, Africa, and other export markets.

Role: B2B Lead Generation & CRM Specialist – HubSpot + ZoomInfo

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Lead Generation & CRM Specialist who can use ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools to identify the right companies and decision-makers for our sales team.

This is not just a CRM administration role.

The primary objective is to continuously identify high-quality prospects, build accurate databases, execute structured outreach, and convert prospecting activity into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Prospecting & Database Building

* Research and identify potential customers across target industries and geographies.

* Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Google, industry directories, trade-show databases, and other B2B sources to identify relevant companies.

* Identify the correct decision-makers including Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Publishing, Production, Marketing, and Ven
