Key Requirement
- Solar Industry / Solar EPC sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with only general sales experience and no solar industry exposure will not be preferred.
- Candidates should have strong experience in B2B/B2C solar sales, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
- Identify and develop potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
- Generate leads through direct sales, references, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their solar energy requirements.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations,



and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Project teams for technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, and regular sales reports.
- Follow up for payments and support collection activities where required.
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of relevant sales experience, depending on the position.
- Mandatory Solar / Solar EPC experience.
- Experience in rooftop solar / ground-mounted solar / commercial & industrial solar will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of solar EPC products, solutions, and commercial processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meeting
