Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Sales Assistant to support the company’s marketing, sales, technical sales, and project coordination activities,



with a focus on heat management functional coatings.

The role will involve customer interaction, lead follow-ups, technical sales support, site visits, tender documentation, project tracking, and coordination with various functions of the company to effectively move projects from initial enquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Sales
- Follow up on marketing leads, enquiries, and prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support business development activities and maintain regular communication with customers and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to develop suitable product and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, presentations, product information, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
