We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Management Analyst with 35 years of experience in e-commerce content management, product listing, cataloguing, and marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product content across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopee, and Lazada. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of product information while ensuring content accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product listing and cataloguing activities across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, and other relevant content.
- Manage recent product launches and new product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product content is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with marketplace guidelines.
- Work on product data/content updates, corrections,



and optimization across various marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace stakeholders to resolve listing and content-related issues.
- Monitor product listings for missing, incorrect, or outdated information and take corrective action.
- Ensure content meets marketplace-specific requirements and standards.
- Perform quality checks on product catalogs and digital content before publishing.
- Support catalog enrichment and optimization to improve product discoverability and customer experience.
- Manage high-volume content updates while meeting defined quality and turnaround-time targets.
- Track and maintain product content and listing-related records and reports.
- Identify recurring content or listing issues and recommend process improvements.
