- Train outlet staff on recipes, portion control, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety.
- Conduct training for recent store openings and refresher training.
- Maintain and update training manuals, recipe SOPs, and onboarding materials.
- Assess and certify staff before outlet Go-Live.
- Conduct scheduled and surprise outlet audits.
- Check recipe adherence, portion control, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and provide corrective actions/retraining.
- Track repeated non-compliance and escalate issues to management.
- Coordinate with the Production team on updated recipes and standards.
- Maintain training and audit reports for all outlet visits.
- Travel to outlets across India for training and audits.
