Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12), focusing on advanced mathematical concepts, board exam preparation, and fostering logical and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Mathematics lesson plans aligned with the [CBSE/ICSE/State Board] curriculum framework.
- Student Assessment: Design tests, assignments, and practical evaluations to accurately monitor student progress. Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students overcome academic challenges.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for higher-secondary board examinations and conceptual foundations for competitive entrance tests.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, inclusive,
and engaging classroom workplace that encourages student participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Parent-Teacher Collaboration: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to communicate student progress, address concerns, and guide parents on academic support.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate attendance records and syllabus completion trackers. Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or M.A.) in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognized university, typically requiring a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- Professional Qualification: A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum [2-5] years of teaching experience as a PGT Mathematics in a reputed [CBSE/ICSE] school.
