About the Role
Modern Code Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Our key services include Website Development, WordPress Development, E-commerce Development, SEO, Digital Marketing and other IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals and other sources.
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Present and explain our website development, e-commerce, SEO and digital marketing services.
- Conduct sales calls, follow-ups and negotiations with potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, email and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Stay updated with company services and industry trends.
Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or IT Sales.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation and client-handling skills.
