Paddle Profit is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
* Introduce clients to Paddle Profit’s digital marketing and business solutions.
* Understand client requirements and explain suitable services.
* Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert qualified leads into clients.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
* Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
