We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to independently handle Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) matters and Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance for our clients. This is a remote position offering flexibility along with exposure to diverse litigation and compliance assignments.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA (freshers with articleship exposure in litigation/ROC may also apply)
- Sound knowledge of Income Tax Act, ITAT procedures, and Companies Act/ROC compliance
- Prior experience in tax litigation or company secretarial/compliance work preferred
- Solid drafting, research, and communication skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Good internet connectivity and own laptop
