Service Account Executive
to act as the operational partner for strategic airline customers, ensuring service stability, driving proactive engagement, and coordinating effective responses to service-related issues.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service experiences while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Manage and coordinate major incidents for
Strategic Airlines
customer in collaboration with Operations teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.

✅ Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related topics, providing regular updates and driving issue resolution.

✅ Monitor service performance, identify trends,



and collaborate with internal teams on preventive and improvement actions.

✅ Participate in customer service review meetings and present operational updates, incident insights, and service improvements.

✅ Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer feedback is understood and addressed across internal teams.

✅ Handle customer escalations and coordinate stakeholders to ensure effective and timely outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions on service-related issues and orchestrate actions across Amadeus teams.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of incidents and service activities for assigned customers.
- Drive service improvement initiatives in partnership with Regional Delivery and Operations teams.
- Support service transitions by providing customer-specific operational knowledge.
