Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary sales contact for assigned Indian VPS customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Regularly visit customers locally and internationally when required.

2. RFQ & Sales Management
- Follow up on customer RFQs.
- Prepare system quotations in VENUS.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and sample feedback.
- Support achievement of sales targets.

3. Technical & Engineering Coordination
- Support BDM in new development projects.
- Resolve customers' primary-level technical queries.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the BDM.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production for new product feasibility.
- Provide technical specifications, drawings and material data sheets.

4. New Product Development
- Coordinate samples for current projects and development.
- Arrange imported samples through the sample department.
- Follow up internally with Production for samples and Quality for required documentation.

5. Commercial & Pricing




- Conduct commercial negotiations with Class C customers.
- Perform price working for imported parts.
- Conduct pricing analysis based on BDM guidance.
- Ensure pricing supports profitability objectives.

6. Customer & Vendor Documentation
- Create new customers in the system.
- Complete vendor forms and provide required documents.
- Maintain vendor registration forms, APQP files, customer records and RFQ databases.

7. Project & APQP Management
- Update the opportunity matrix.
- Maintain APQP documentation.
- Coordinate internal project meetings.
- Support new product development activities.

8. Sales Reporting
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate internal sales meetings.
- Maintain relevant sales and customer records.

9. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales teams across Asia and Europe.
- Liaise between manufacturing centres and customers.
- Coordinate with Accounts to resolve unpaid accounts
