Growth, Strategy and Partnerships Intern

Role summary:

Support BCG’s market expansion, business development, and partnership initiatives by conducting market research, generating leads, executing outreach, and managing partnership pipelines. You will work directly with founders and consulting teams on growth roadmaps and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across industries and markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with startups, institutions, and ecosystem partners.

• Conduct market research, industry mapping, and competitive analysis.

• Drive client acquisition: LinkedIn/email outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

• Maintain CRM, track partnership pipelines,



and report business development metrics.

• Coordinate with consulting teams on growth-focused deliverables and founder-led initiatives.
