Join our agile manufacturing team as a Production Team Leader and drive operational excellence through effective leadership and continuous improvement initiatives

DGM Manufacturing production:

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management
Lead and manage production/manufacturing sector performance through structured team leadership and hierarchical animation.
Align workforce, equipment, and materials with short- and medium-term production requirements.
Drive execution of standardized work practices across the shopfloor.
Lead Short Interval Management (SIM) to monitor performance and address deviations in real-time.
Escalate operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.

Manufacturing Performance & Delivery
Drive operational KPIs across:
Safety
Quality
Delivery/Service levels
Cost efficiency
Optimize utilization of manufacturing resources (people, processes, systems).
Ensure adherence to SPS (Schneider Production System/Lean principles or equivalent).

People Management
Provide leadership, coaching,



and performance management for production teams.
Build capability through structured training and development plans.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.

Continuous Improvement
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as:
Lean Manufacturing
Six Sigma
A3 Problem Solving
8D / Kaizen
Identify and eliminate waste, variability, and inefficiencies in production processes.
Drive sustainable improvements aligned to business and customer needs.

Manufacturing Supply Chain & Planning
Optimize end-to-end manufacturing flows from supplier to customer.
Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to balance capacity and demand.
Ensure system settings and production planning support operational efficiency.

Change Management
Apply structured change management methodologies to implement business priorities.
