Ramada Khajuraho is looking for a professional and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest interactions, coordinating special requests, resolving concerns, and ensuring high standards of hospitality throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out assistance and coordinate with the Front Office team.
- Maintain solid relationships with guests and ensure their overall satisfaction.
- Attend to guest queries, requests, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Handle VIP, repeat, and special-category guests with personalized service.
- Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation, and nearby destinations.




- Conduct guest follow-ups to ensure issues and requests have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, requests, and complaints.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and promote hotel services.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain the hotel's service standards.
- Handle special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon arrangements, and other guest celebrations.
- Ensure professional communication and presentation at all times.
- Assist in managing online guest reviews and feedback in coordination with the management team.
- Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, safety standards, and service procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
