Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Advanced Workflow Agent design and configuration
- Strong understanding of OTM Data Model and XML Schema
- Integration design and development
- Performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid Oracle PL/SQL skills
- Detailed understanding of Oracle OTM configuration and architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience gathering requirements and developing/implementing effective processes
- Customer-focused with strong conflict-resolution and influencing skills
Good to Have:
- Java development experience (J2EE, Spring, Coherence, Microservices)
- SOA architecture and programming principles
- Experience with Schema Design, XML/XSLT, JMS, JAXB2, OXM, and Web Services
- Agile software development experience
- Logistics and Transportation domain experience
