We are hiring for Manufacturing Engineer

Location : Pune

Responsibilities:

1.Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for Mechanical Products.

2.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3.Improve process efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean Manufacturing techniques.

4.Support Recent Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to mass production.

5.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.

6.Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA).

7.Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF16949, IPC standards, etc.).

8.Conduct root cause analysis for defects and failures.

9.Implement quality control plans, FMEA, and SPC techniques.

10.Support audits and regulatory requirements.

11.Select, install, and validate production equipment ( test benches, EOL.).

12.Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and efficiency.

12.Perform process validation.

Pay: ₹19,767.43 - ₹80,000.00 per month
