We are looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor with hands-on experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and short-form content for agency clients. The candidate must be comfortable working with multiple brands, tight deadlines, and different content styles.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos for multiple agency clients
- Create engaging short-form content with proper cuts, transitions, captions, and music
- Maintain brand consistency as per client guidelines
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and basic animations where required
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and account management teams
- Deliver videos within defined timelines and handle revisions professionally
- Organize and manage raw footage and final exports efficiently

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks,



pacing, and retention
- Experience editing content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & Shorts
- Positive sense of storytelling, timing, and visual flow
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro (added advantage)
- Understanding of YouTube SEO visuals (thumbnails, pacing, watch time)
- Familiarity with client feedback and revision cycles
