Job Description:
We are seeking a agile and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our furniture store to new heights of success. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functioning of the store, assisting in overseeing operations,
supporting staff management, and contributing to sales performance. You will be expected to help implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure store compliance with company policies, and maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment. You will also support in liaising with Architects and Interior Designers to promote the brand, leading to increased sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail, particularly within the furniture industry, and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication and relationship-building with both customers and employees.
