Role Overview
We are seeking a senior IT Services Sales professional with 8+ years of experience and a strong, active network in the UK market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new IT services accounts in the last 6 months and should be capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle, not just deal closure.
The role demands ownership, accountability, and deep understanding of IT services selling, from demand generation to post-closure account growth.
Key Responsibilities
IT Services Sales & End-to-End Ownership
- Drive end-to-end IT services sales, including lead generation, discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Demonstrate clear ownership of the complete sales cycle,
not limited to closing alone.
- Sell complex IT services engagements such as application development, digital transformation, staffing, and managed services.
UK Market & Network Leverage
- Leverage an established UK client network to generate immediate opportunities.
- Acquire and onboard current IT services accounts, with preference for candidates who have closed deals in the last 6 months.
- Build and expand relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers in the UK region.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain a healthy IT services pipeline (minimum 3–4x of target).
- Achieve assigned revenue, new logo, and account expansion targets.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
Client & Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business and technology needs.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing IT services accounts.
