- Experience: 1–3 years of procurement experience within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for construction materials (e.g., steel, cement, RMC, MEP items, finishing goods). Maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing vendor networks.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Floats Request for Quotations (RFQs), analyzes commercial bids, and negotiates pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
- Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Prepare, verify, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and work orders using ERP/procurement software aligned with project budgets.
- Material Delivery & Logistics Tracking: Follow up with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to the job site.




- Quality Assurance & Reconciliation: Coordinate with Site Engineers and Quality Control (QC) teams to verify material specs on delivery. Address damaged, deficient, or delayed goods with suppliers.
- Invoice & Payment Coordination: Reconcile POs, delivery challans, and bills against site GRNs (Goods Received Notes) before sending them to the accounts team for payment processing.
- Market Intelligence & Cost Control: Monitor market trends for raw material prices (steel, cement, aggregates) to leverage volume buying and lock in favorable prices.
