Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a
Murex MXML skilled
with
3+ years of experience
to contribute to technology initiatives involving Murex MXML development, software delivery, and technology solutions. The role will support the translation of business requirements into effective technical solutions, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure successful project delivery. Depending on the scope of responsibility, the position may also involve technology leadership, team guidance, roadmap development, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The role contributes to business objectives by improving delivery efficiency, supporting technology adoption, and aligning solutions with business and strategic requirements.

Required
Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)
- Murex MXML: 3+ years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, implementation, or support.
- In-depth understanding of relevant technologies and software systems.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.




- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
- Ability to use technology tools and systems relevant to Murex MXML project delivery.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Experience working with software development lifecycle processes and project deliverables.

Preferred
- Experience working with current supported versions of Murex MXML and related implementation components.
- Experience with cloud-based development, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure practices.
- Experience with technology roadmaps, architecture reviews, and solution evaluation.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Experience managing project dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
