Role Description
The Hospital Centre Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at one of EyeMantra’s hospital centers. This role includes managing clinical and administrative workflows, coordinating with medical and support staff,



and ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery. The manager will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, handling patient and family queries, and implementing initiatives to improve service quality and patient satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, supporting marketing and community outreach efforts, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee clinical and administrative operations effectively.
