KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute BotLab's domestic business strategy across India.
- Own annual and quarterly revenue targets for the domestic business.
- Identify high-potential market segments, clients, industries and geographies for expansion.
- Build a healthy and predictable sales pipeline across direct clients, agencies and strategic partners.
- Develop annual business plans with clear revenue, account and market objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, customer requirements and emerging opportunities.
- Identify recent commercial applications for drone shows and technology-led experiences.
2. Live Events & Entertainment Business Development
Build BotLab's presence across India's live events and entertainment ecosystem.
Identify and develop opportunities across:
- Large-scale live events
- Concerts and music festivals
- Sports events
- Corporate events
- Product launches
- Brand activations
- Experiential marketing campaigns
- Award ceremonies
- Government events
- Tourism and destination promotions
- Weddings and luxury celebrations
- Cultural and entertainment events
- Conferences and large-scale gatherings
- MICE events
- City and destination experiences
The candidate will be expected to understand where drone technology can create a high-impact visual and experiential proposition and proactively take these solutions to the market.
3. Corporate & Enterprise Business
- Build and manage relationships with leading Indian corporates and large enterprises.
- Develop relationships with CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Heads, Corporate Communications Heads, Event Heads, HR/Employee Engagement leaders and CXOs.
- Identify opportunities for corporate celebrations, launches, employee engagement, brand experiences
