About the Role

Prodigy Growth Labs is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Executive to generate new business across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This is a B2B outbound sales role, and we are looking for someone who is confident with cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups and closing sales.

You will be selling a range of advertising and digital solutions, including:
- OOH & DOOH Advertising
- Digital Advertising
- Website Development Packages
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Creative & Branding Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Cold call businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn and online research.




- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Sell advertising, media and digital marketing packages.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Book meetings, prepare proposals and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong experience in international cold calling.
- Experience selling to Australian and/or New Zealand clients is highly preferred.
- Experience in OOH, DOOH, advertising, digital marketing, SEO, websites or media sales will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
- Target-driven, confident and persistent.
