Candidate Criteria:

* CA: 8+ years of relevant experience
* Non-CA: Graduate with 12+ years of relevant experience
* Strong experience in F&A;, Escalation Management and Client Management
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Revenue Recognition and Accounting Standards
* Experience in Financial Statements, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Preparation and Cash Flow

* Candidates must be comfortable working in the night shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM/6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

- Revenue Recognition: In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles for accurate revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Proven experience in preparing accurate financial statements while adhering to governing accounting policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Analysis & Decision Support:



Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making for the CFO, senior management, and board members.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to review budgets and forecasts, offering recommendations that align with organizational goals.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Familiarity with internal control frameworks to ensure robust financial controls and adherence to legal and debt covenant requirements.
