Job Overview

The Relationship Executive at Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited is responsible for driving business growth through direct sales and channel partners in the housing loan segment. The role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and onboarding retail home loan customers, specifically targeting middle- and lower-income families seeking affordable housing finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Generation: Source recent home loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) applications through field sourcing, local market mapping, cold calling, and developer networks.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with local builders, real estate agents, direct selling agents (DSAs), and connectors to maintain a continuous lead pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct home visits, guide clients through product offerings, determine loan eligibility,



and maintain engagement throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Documentation & Verification: Collect required financial and KYC documents, perform primary sanity checks, and verify customer credentials before file logging.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal credit, technical, legal, and operations teams to facilitate fast sanctioning, property valuation, and loan disbursement.
- Portfolio Quality & Recovery: Monitor portfolio quality, assist in early-stage EMI collection follow-ups when necessary, and ensure adherence to company compliance and risk guidelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferred experience in Housing Finance (HFCs), NBFCs, or Banking.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of retail lending, home loan documentation, KYC norms, an
