Job Description – Logistics Specialist

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate e-commerce customer orders
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are shipped within committed timelines.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, and returned orders.
- Track shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delayed or undelivered shipments.
- Monitor ETA, NDR, RTO, and delivery status.
- Maintain daily shipment and order tracking reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Escalate critical delivery and logistics issues.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly logistics reports.
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

Skills & Requirements:




- 1–3 years of relevant logistics/e-commerce experience.
- Experience handling e-commerce orders and shipments.
- Knowledge of NDR, RTO, returns, and shipment tracking.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience with D2C/E-commerce brands is preferred.
- Shopify experience will be an added advantage.
