Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer / Faculty to join our academic team in Perinthalmanna. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English classes, improving students' communication skills, and supporting their overall language development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive English language classes for students.
- Develop students' spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and other teaching materials.
- Use practical activities, discussions, role plays, and presentations to improve students' confidence in English.
- Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, activities, and regular evaluations.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students based on their learning needs.
- Maintain attendance,



academic records, and student performance reports.
- Motivate students to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding students' progress and training requirements.
- Maintain professional classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / English Literature / Education or a related field.
- Prior experience as an English Teacher, English Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, or Faculty is preferred.
- Solid command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to train students from different levels of English proficiency.
- Confident, patient, approachable, and student-friendly personality.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and teaching ability may also be considered.
