We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager to handle complete HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate must have prior experience in the Food/Feed industry and strong exposure to plant-level HR and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations, attendance, leave, shifts, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- Manage blue-collar, shop-floor, and contract labour.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, etc.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, performance management, and retention.
- Prepare HR MIS and regular reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a plant/manufacturing setup.
- Mandatory Food/Feed industry experience – Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Food Processing, Agro-Processing, etc.




- Solid knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
- Experience handling blue-collar and contract workforce.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and HRMS/MS Excel skills.

- Accuracy of attendance and payroll inputs.
- Timely completion of statutory compliance.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on HR professional who can independently manage plant HR operations, handle workforce and employee relations effectively, ensure statutory compliance, and work closely with plant management to achieve business and manpower objectives.
