Job Summary

APM Groups is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team. The
candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, attending calls, following up
with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Attend incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads and inquiries into sales opportunities.
Update call status, customer feedback, and sales progress to senior staff.
¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
¢ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




¢ Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills

¢ English and Tamil speaking candidates will be preferred.
¢ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
¢ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Educational Qualification

¢ Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
¢ Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
