We are seeking a qualified to join the program team and be part of our student acquisition vertical. This role will involve working closely with marketing and tech teams to ramp up our acquisition efforts in 1 to 10 journey. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all acquisition journey initiatives and ensure a smooth functioning across the funnel. You will actively work on following work streams:
1. Acquisition :
- Making sure customer acquisition engine is running smoothly and customer journey is progressing as expected.
2. Top of Funnel :
- Working closely with marketing to ideate, execute experiments to generate new leads.
3. Funnel Optimisation :
- Fixing all the gaps in funnel and driving efficiency.
4. Operations Management :
- Get your hands dirty in operations to ensure smooth acquisition journey experience for customers.
5. Mandatory :
- Experience of leveraging AI to build tools to automate workflows, deliver action oriented insights, simplify complex operational processes to save manhours.
The role also includes preparing regular reports for management so a good understanding of data analytics tools such as SQL and Excel is expected. This is a dynamic position blending business development, operations and growth initiatives. Ideal for someone who would want to grow into leadership roles or business roles in the long run.

- Align all stakeholder functions and work closely across verticals to execute and deliver projects.

- Build the AI DNA of organisation - Automate tasks, build simplified workflows, tools, bots to drive effic
