Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Ahmedabad team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities, counselling prospective clients, following up with leads,
coordinating clinic appointments and helping prospective patients understand Obe2Slim's approach to weight management.
This is a people-facing sales and relationship role where empathy, communication skills, persuasion and consistent follow-up are equally important.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle leads received through digital marketing, telecalling, referrals, walk-ins and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their weight-management requirements.
- Conduct initial conversations and explain Obe2Slim's services and consultation process.
- Schedule appointments and ensure maximum lead-to-appointment conversion.
- Follow up regularly with prospects who have not yet converted.
2. Counselling & Customer Engagement
- Interact professionally with prospective patients and their family members.
- Understand customer concerns, expectations and objections.
