Samrudhi Wealth is looking for a Tele-Sales Associate to join our growing mutual fund distribution practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with enquiry leads as well as generate leads.
- Explain our services clearly and courteously in Malayalam and English
- Fix appointments and support the conversion process
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up notes
What We're Looking For
- Confident phone presence and positive listening skills
- Fluent Malayalam; working English
- Own smartphone/laptop and stable internet
- Prior tele-calling, insurance or financial sales experience is a plus
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
