We're hiring BAs who can take ownership and move fast. You'll work directly with the founding
team on high-priority business initiatives across the company. You will be working closely with
the business stakeholders for

Proficient in data analysis, SQL and Excel; comfortable turning raw data into
clear, actionable insights
You break down complex problems and come back with answers, not just questions
Equally at home in a pivot table, a board deck, and an ops brief , often in the
same afternoon
You move fast and close loops , analysis means nothing if it doesn't ship into a
decision
Ambiguity doesn't slow you down , you set your own structure and run with it
Genuinely curious about how consumer brands work , from supply chain economics
to what ends up in a customer's cart

Key Responsibilities
1. MIS, Dashboards & Reporting Ownership
Design and manage KPI dashboards. Own end-to-end creation, maintenance
and accuracy of the Dashboards
2. Business Performance & Variance Analysis
Identify performance deviations versus plan, forecast, and historical
benchmarks. Provide root-cause analysis (RCA) with transparent issue drivers,
quantified impact, and corrective recommendations.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Ensure alignment between business objectives, metrics, and reported
outcomes. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders,
and teams to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress
