JD:
- The Presales Engineer supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the technical and commercial close in the current business development process and/or Growing current Accounts. The role collaborates with Sales, Delivery, CTO and other Functional resources to ensure proposed deals accurately address customer needs and are appropriately presented to key customer decision-makers. Reporting to the Presales Head, the role reports on a dotted line to the sales manager or business line manager responsible for the vertical/regional sales team head

.Role & responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to write proposals and author Proposal solutions along with storyboarding the idea with the key stakeholders.
- Works on Ideation outcomes/RFX requirements or proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.




- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm – through the Sales manager. Adapts solutions as necessary, and ensures appropriate support.
- Coordinates closely with Sales, Delivery and functions including Marketing, HR and Finance to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Watch Industry trends, drivers and advice the sales team accordingly.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
- Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered/advanced/won.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
- Support Marketing teams on relevant initiatives
- Manages Client Visits, end-to-end
- Creates accurate Aide Memoirs
