Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Technical Recruiter
with 2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT technologies, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers and business teams.
- Source qualified candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels
.
- Perform Boolean and advanced keyword searches to identify relevant IT professionals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial HR/recruitment screening and evaluate candidate suitability.




- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, counter-offer situations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and provide suitable profiles within agreed timelines.
- Meet individual and team-level recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joiners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
