Role Description
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Patna, responsible for driving B2B sales and market expansion for Samaza’s organic food and spice portfolio.



This role includes identifying and onboarding wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and food processors, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. The individual will plan and execute regional sales strategies, monitor performance against targets, and regularly visit markets to assess demand, gather feedback, and track competitor activities. Daily responsibilities include negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating orders and deliveries with internal operations teams, and ensuring proper brand visibility through merchandising and promotional activities. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting, and collaborating with management on initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen Samaza’s presence in the assigned territory.
