Role Description
The Senior Manager Front-End Sales will lead and manage front-line sales activities for flexible packaging solutions, driving business growth and key account development in the Noida region. This full-time, in office role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients, and aligning sales initiatives with organizational objectives. The individual will develop and execute sales plans, coordinate pricing and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to deliver integrated packaging solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
