JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern who is passionate about brand building, audience engagement, and strategic outreach. This internship offers a hands-on chance to contribute to event promotions, online & offline marketing efforts, and campaign planning while learning the ropes of experiential marketing in the event industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing campaigns.
2.Develop content for social media, promotional materials, emailers, and blogs.
3.Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences.
4.Support marketing outreach for events, including campus tie-ups, collaborations, and local promotion.
5.Help in ideating and executing BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies.
6.Collaborate with the content, social media, and design teams to align campaign messaging.
7.Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
8.Explore and identify traditional marketing opportunities such as newspaper ads, posters, or stalls.




9.Assist in creating client pitches, sponsorship decks, and event brochures.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and research abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, Powerpoint or any content creation tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
