Job Overview
We are looking for a
Data Researcher
to join our RPO recruitment team and support candidate and market research activities during the night shift. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and research tools to identify and organize relevant information.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify candidates, companies, contacts, and market information.
- Source candidate information using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and search engines.
- Perform Boolean and X-Ray searches to find relevant profiles.
- Build and maintain accurate candidate and contact databases.
- Verify candidate information, contact details, experience, and qualifications.
- Research companies, hiring trends, job openings, and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support recruiters with daily research and candidate-sourcing requirements.




- Meet daily research and data-quality targets.
- Follow client-specific RPO processes and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Data Research, Recruitment Research, Sourcing, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong internet research and data-mining skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, Google search, and Boolean search.
- Good English communication and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.

Preferred
- Experience in US staffing/recruitment.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
- Previous RPO experience is a plus.
