We’re looking for a warm, confident and well-spoken Client Experience Executive to be the face of Pure Pilates.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming clients, handling enquiries, explaining memberships, giving studio walkthroughs and creating a smooth, premium experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:
- Be present at the studio and warmly welcome clients.
- Explain our Pilates sessions, memberships, pricing, validity and booking process.
- Give prospective clients a walkthrough of the studio and help convert trials into memberships.
- Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp and calls.
- Assist with bookings, membership queries and day-to-day client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Build solid relationships with our existing client community.
- Coordinate with trainers and support smooth studio operations.
- Ensure the studio always feels welcoming,



organised and presentable.

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication.
- Warm, friendly and approachable personality.
- Presentable and professional.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and handling conversations independently.
- Basic sales and customer-service skills.
- Proactive, organised and responsible.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Interest in fitness, wellness or Pilates is a plus — Pilates experience is not mandatory.

This role can work alongside your studies, and we’re happy to work around your class schedule.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
