Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized professional to handle both event coordination and graphic designing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning events and creating visually appealing designs for promotional and institutional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute institutional events, programs, and activities
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management for smooth event execution
- Design posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and other promotional materials
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Handle branding and marketing creatives for the institution
- Capture event requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain records and reports of events conducted

Requirements:




- Any degree with relevant experience in event coordination and graphic design
- Proficiency in design tools like Green screen,Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,VFX Artist,Animations,Motion Graphic etc.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event management and graphic design

Salary:
- Based on experience and interview performance
