We are seeking an experienced and energetic candidate to work our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong Leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Positions: - Portfolio Manager - Real Estate Sales
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Understand the developer projects and accordingly convince the premium client for premium or luxury property.
3. Achieve targeted sales closures and generate customer walk-ins (Site Visit or Office Visit) from the leads assigned
4. Set individual sales targets and accordingly perform against those targets.

Provide and update proper feedback of sales lead in the CRM.
6. Conduct regular sales meetings with client, do updates on market trends, and work on best practices as per industry requirement.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
9. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
10. Prepare and present regular sales reports and provide forecasts to the management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in Sales, Real Estates Sales experience will be plus.
