Experience Required: Minimum 6 years experience (Manufacturing preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission to avoid penalties.
- Support subordinate to team's work and supervising them.
- cooperate with finance team and Report to the finance manager.
- Handle TDS filing and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Provide training and support to accounting staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, and implement necessary changes in company practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years of experience in GST and TDS filing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, ERP Software etc).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Hindi speaking will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
