About the Role
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at NextLeap Scholar,
you will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, introducing them to the right programs, addressing their concerns, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
You will play a key role in the learner's decision-making journey—from the first conversation to successful enrollment.
This is a target-driven sales role that requires robust communication, persuasion, follow-up, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
You will work with prospects interested in career-focused education programs and gain valuable exposure to the UK education and professional training market.
