Role & responsibilities
- B Pharma /BSC, Biotechnology/BSC Microbiology OR any life sciences degree or Engineering Degree Preferred
- Minimum 1-3years experience in US recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Pharma or Engineering hiring
- Robust sourcing & stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
